📋 Description
• Analyze client and project acceptance at an audit and consulting firm; • Verify documentation and compliance according to the established checklist; • Track and manage tickets assigned to you; • Support internal and external clients; communication will be primarily via e-mail, Microsoft Teams, or calls.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Administration, Economics, Law, or related fields; • Experience analyzing documentation and information; • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
