• Você será responsável por liderar programas complexos de Transformação Comercial, orientando a implementação de estratégias de D2C: • Liderar programas complexos de Transformação Comercial, garantindo excelência de entrega, governança, gestão de riscos e geração de valor mensurável para o negócio; • Orientar a implementação da estratégia comercial, incluindo D2C, canais digitais, e-commerce, pricing e monetização, conectando crescimento, margem e experiência do cliente; • Conduzir diagnósticos estratégicos de maturidade comercial, avaliando modelo operacional, performance, uso de dados, tecnologia e impactos organizacionais; • Estruturar e liderar roadmaps de transformação, priorizando iniciativas de alto impacto em Sales, Marketing e Service, com foco em escalabilidade e sustentabilidade; • Atuar como trusted advisor de executivos C-level, apoiando decisões críticas relacionadas a crescimento, rentabilidade, mix de canais e evolução do modelo comercial; • Liderar iniciativas de D2C e E-commerce, incluindo definição de proposta de valor, jornada do cliente, CRM, meios de pagamento, logística, atendimento e integração com canais indiretos; • Conduzir frentes de Pricing Estratégico, como definição de modelos de precificação, arquitetura de preços, descontos, promoções e governança comercial; • Aplicar dados, analytics e IA para otimização de conversão, personalização, pricing, automação comercial e melhoria contínua da performance; • Desenvolver e mentorar gerentes e equipes, fortalecendo a capacidade da prática e garantindo alto desempenho; • Contribuir ativamente para a construção e evolução da oferta de Transformação Comercial, apoiando propostas, POVs, posicionamento de mercado e crescimento da prática no Brasil.
• Formação superior em Administração, Economia, Engenharia, Marketing ou áreas correlatas; • MBA ou pós-graduação em Estratégia, Negócios ou Transformação Digital será um diferencial; • Vivência em B2B complexo, FMCG/CPG, Farma, Indústria, Energia ou Serviços; • Experiência com CRM, plataformas de E-commerce, automação de marketing e vendas, analytics e IA aplicada ao comercial.
