📋 Description

• Support Life Sciences clients in improving processes, following modern platforms, and driving business value through structured analysis and problem-solving • Help customers align business objectives from strategy to execution • Develop business processes and design and implement systems governed by global regulatory bodies such as FDA and EMA • Understand customers’ Quality needs and business processes • Provide expert guidance and discuss application changes • Translate requirements into solution designs • Configure document and data management systems such as Veeva Vault • Support customers through digital transformation journeys • Assist customers in implementing best practices during implementation and post-implementation programs • Stay informed about Quality best practices and provide actionable recommendations • Design solutions and configure changes to meet customer needs • Collaborate with customer business and IT stakeholders to understand requirements • Establish trusted relationships with customer stakeholders • Assist in developing and disseminating thought leadership materials

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Life Sciences, or related fields • 3+ years of consulting experience configuring, supporting, or implementing software solutions • Proven customer-facing experience managing expectations, facilitating difficult conversations, and delivering presentations or demos • Strong background in Life Sciences, particularly the Quality domain • Solid understanding of Quality technologies, especially Veeva Vault applications such as QualityDocs, QMS, Training, and LIMs • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English • Ability to travel as required by the business • Direct experience with TrackWise and/or other quality applications (ideally) • Knowledge of computer systems validation requirements following a GxP system development lifecycle (ideally) • Understanding of business capabilities, drivers, market forces, and trends in digital technology in health and life sciences (ideally) • Proficiency in additional European languages (ideally)
