📋 Description

• Identify new enterprise customers and develop long-term strategic business relationships. • Leverage existing networks and modern sales approaches to create new opportunities at the decision-maker level. • Manage the entire enterprise sales cycle — from initial outreach through discovery, demos and negotiations to a successful close. • Confidently engage with C-level stakeholders and translate complex requirements into clear value propositions. • Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Customer Success and Product to drive sustainable growth. • Contribute your own ideas and play an active role in shaping the enterprise sales strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales or in selling complex, consultative software solutions. • Ideally a strong, reliable network in enterprise, corporate or digital environments. • Experience building and managing complex sales pipelines and longer decision-making processes. • Confident presence at decision-maker level, with strong communication and negotiation skills. • Strategic thinker, self-motivated and holding high standards for the quality of your work. • Experience with modern CRM tools such as HubSpot is an advantage. • Native-level German and good English skills.
