• Prospect and qualify leads with a focus on generating commercial opportunities; • Schedule meetings and demonstrations with qualified leads; • Maintain contact with potential customers via phone, WhatsApp and email; • Update the CRM (HubSpot) with strategic lead information; • Overcome objections with empathy, active listening and flexibility; • Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success teams to drive results together.
• High school diploma or currently pursuing higher education • Excellent verbal and written communication • Experience with CRM tools (such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.) • Proactive, creative, collaborative, and eager to learn • Previous experience in healthtech, startups or healthcare-related areas is a plus • Experience using HubSpot CRM • Interest in and familiarity with AI tools and new technologies
