📋 Description

• Performance and KPI Analysis • Analyze and update commercial KPIs and campaign performance weekly • Prepare and send sales rankings and monthly reports • Communication and Request Management • Centralize verification and responses to tickets, emails, and WhatsApp messages • Monitor Reclame Aqui and submit targets monthly • Conduct combined weekly meetings for results and alignment • Plan monthly meetings for experience sharing and feedback • Conduct monthly trainings on methodology, systems, and tools • Monitor training on the Sults platform and from suppliers • Perform monthly checklists and audits, recording all activities • Update spreadsheets and manage reimbursements weekly • Monitor use of installment systems and CRM monthly

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed in: Business Administration, Marketing, or Commercial Management • Preferably pursuing a postgraduate degree/MBA close to completion in a related field • Must reside in São Paulo (SP) • Availability to travel • Experience with franchise networks, preferably in the beauty/aesthetics segment
