📋 Description

• Support the research and organization of international tourism products, including itineraries, tours, tickets, and services • Assist with the creation, updating, and maintenance of the product portfolio in company systems • Support relationships with international suppliers, including hotels, destination management companies, parks, and service providers • Assist with analyzing pricing, commercial terms, and product competitiveness • Support the Product team in monitoring market trends and customer demand • Provide the Sales and Marketing teams with product information, differentiators, and support materials • Monitor operational and customer feedback to support the continuous improvement of the portfolio • Organize information, spreadsheets, and departmental tracking documents

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience or exposure to tourism, tourism products, or operations in an assistant, junior analyst, or similar role • Advanced English (required) for reading, writing, and communication with international suppliers • Interest in and familiarity with international tourism products, including parks, attractions, and itineraries • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to execute tasks effectively • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Knowledge of reservation systems and tourism platforms • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, tracking tools, and administrative processes within the department • Intermediate or advanced Spanish is a plus • Basic knowledge of or experience with Cangooroo is a plus • Familiarity with products such as Disney, Universal, SeaWorld, and international destinations is a plus • Experience providing B2B customer service to travel agencies is a plus • Higher education/degree information provided during the job application process
