📋 Description

• Support the research and organization of international tourism products (itineraries, tours, tickets and services) • Assist with registering, updating and maintaining the product portfolio in systems • Support relationships with international suppliers (hotels, local ground operators, parks and service providers) • Assist in price analysis, commercial terms and product competitiveness • Help the Products team monitor market trends and customer demand • Support Sales and Marketing with product information, key differentiators and supporting materials • Track operational and customer feedback for continuous portfolio improvement • Organize information, spreadsheets and controls for the Products area.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience or exposure to tourism, tourism products or operations (assistant, junior analyst or similar) • Advanced English (required) – reading, writing and communicating with international suppliers • Interest in and familiarity with international tourism products (parks, attractions, itineraries) • Organized, detail-oriented and strong execution skills • Good written and verbal communication skills • Knowledge of reservation systems and tourism platforms • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, controls and administrative routines
