📋 Description

• You act as the link between our customers and the regional management • As a local contact person, you are available to parking users and our clients on site • You are responsible for internal audits and quality assurance • You check compliance with the posted parking regulations • You document violations when parking regulations are disregarded • On site, you inspect signage for stability and condition and check consumable supplies in the stores, replenishing them as necessary • You support new employees during their onboarding

🎯 Requirements

• Category B driving license • Willingness to work Monday to Saturday in shifts, 40 hours per week • Good command of German • Strong affinity for smartphones / comfortable using smartphone apps • Ability to work in all weather conditions • Independent, responsible and conscientious working style • Strong communication skills and ability to work with customers and in a team • Relevant experience (desirable) such as security officer, security service, specialist for protection and security, or experience in airports/retail/shipping/logistics, parcel delivery, courier driving, service roles, driver/delivery driver
