• Manage and grow assigned retail accounts, acting as the primary point of contact for all sales and account management activities • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives and customer-specific goals • Own account planning, forecasting, and performance tracking to ensure revenue and profitability targets are met • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and operations to support launches, promotions, and ongoing account needs • Maintain deep product knowledge to effectively present catalog, innovations, promotions, etc. • Manage and navigate retailer and distributor vendor portals, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution of shipments • Analyze sales data, trends, and customer insights to identify opportunities and risks • Prepare and deliver professional presentations, business reviews, and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders • Attend client meetings, line reviews, and industry trade shows as required
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail account management, business management, or a related sales role • Experience in the grocery sector strongly preferred • Experience in Beauty and/or Home & Personal Care (HPC) categories is a plus • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies within a retail environment • Strong understanding of retail operations, pricing, promotions, and assortment planning • Hands-on experience with retailers or distributor vendor portals • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining accountability and responsiveness • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 25% of the time for client meetings and trade shows • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with CRM tools is a plus.
