• Manage and grow strategic accounts with a strong focus on relationship management (Farmer profile); • Perform consultative and technical sales of technology and digital transformation services; • Identify and map client needs to propose customized solutions for the allocation of professionals (bodyshop); • Lead relationship and negotiation meetings with stakeholders from different areas (business, operations, and executives); • Ensure efficient use of Salesforce CRM to report activities, opportunities, and account status; • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellence in project delivery and client satisfaction; • Act as a driver of transformation and innovation within managed accounts.
• Solid experience in consultative selling of technology services; • Experience in IT consulting, especially with staffing/allocation models (bodyshop); • Proven track record in digital transformation projects; • Ability to interact across different areas and hierarchical levels; • Proficiency with Dynamics CRM; • Bachelor's degree completed; • Advanced English; • Customer focus and sense of urgency; • Critical thinking and ability to influence; • Proactivity and ownership mindset; • Negotiation and conflict resolution skills; • Innovation, research orientation, and results-driven; • Experience across multiple sectors; • Previous experience with large accounts or complex corporate environments; • Knowledge of agile squads and structuring technical teams.
