📋 Description

• Manage the integration project from planning through implementation and stabilization • Develop the project plan, schedule, milestones, dependencies, deliverables, and success criteria • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across technology, product, operations, security, architecture, infrastructure, risk, compliance, and business functions • Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, promoting clear communication and rapid decision-making • Lead status meetings, executive committees, technical meetings, and governance ceremonies • Monitor system integrations, APIs, transaction flows, data exchange, credentials, environments, and external dependencies • Ensure the planning and execution of development, integrated testing, user acceptance testing, certification, deployment, and post-production activities • Coordinate the preparation of technical and functional evidence for integration validation • Identify, document, and address risks, issues, blockers, scope changes, and schedule impacts • Manage the outstanding-items backlog and ensure that each action has an owner and deadline • Support contingency, rollback, and operational continuity plans • Produce executive status reports, dashboards, and tracking metrics • Support prioritization decisions, delivery sequencing, and conflict management • Ensure compliance with security, privacy, regulatory compliance, and financial-sector governance requirements • Lead the transition to operations, including documentation, training, assisted support, and stabilization • Deliver the integrated plan, schedule, responsibility matrix, governance framework, dependency/risk/issue/decision maps, integration plan, testing strategy, deployment plan, operational documentation, and stable production launch

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager leading system integration, financial platform, payment method, or banking service initiatives • Experience managing projects involving multiple companies, vendors, and business functions • Experience with integrations via APIs, webhooks, messaging, files, gateways, or other system-to-system communication mechanisms • Knowledge of projects involving payments, cards, acquiring, Pix, Banking as a Service, or financial products • Experience planning integrated testing, user acceptance testing, certification, and production deployment • Ability to manage complex schedules, critical dependencies, and multiple simultaneous workstreams • Strong command of risk, issue, change, scope, and executive communication management practices • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies • Strong ability to prepare presentations, executive reports, action plans, and project documentation • Advanced or fluent English for interaction with international teams and stakeholders • Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and negotiation skills • Preferred: experience with card schemes, issuers, acquirers, payment processors, or financial institutions • Preferred: knowledge of card issuance, authorization, capture, settlement, chargebacks, tokenization, or card lifecycle management • Preferred: experience with card-scheme certification and payment integration acceptance testing • Preferred: experience with PCI DSS, Brazil's LGPD, fraud prevention, information security, and regulatory controls • Preferred: knowledge of products and APIs from financial institutions or payment companies • Preferred: experience with high-criticality projects impacting customers, financial transactions, or revenue • Preferred: PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, SAFe, PRINCE2, or similar certifications • Preferred: knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, MS Project, Smartsheet, or Power BI
