📋 Description

• Develop and maintain modern, high-performance, and secure web applications. • Build and consume REST and GraphQL APIs, ensuring scalability and adherence to best practices. • Work across the full stack, from backend to frontend, with a strong focus on code quality. • Support technical architecture decisions and system integrations. • Conduct code reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD). • Contribute to componentization, clean code, and performance optimization practices. • Collaborate with the product and design teams to continuously improve solutions. • Serve as a technical reference and support less experienced developers. • Make technical decisions independently and promote best practices. • Stay up to date with emerging software development trends. • Use AI safely, efficiently, and effectively throughout the development lifecycle, in accordance with company standards. • Work primarily on the backend with Node.js and PHP, complemented by frontend development with React/Next.js for approximately 30% of the scope. • Work with AWS and GCP in partnership with a higher education institution in the healthcare field.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 6 years of professional experience in software development. • Strong proficiency in Node.js and PHP 8+. • Knowledge of TypeScript and React with Next.js. • Strong experience with PostgreSQL. • Strong knowledge of MySQL/MariaDB and MongoDB. • Knowledge of microservices and serverless architectures. • Experience with AWS and/or GCP. • Knowledge of using AI to accelerate development, including Codex and/or Claude. • Experience with Jest/Vitest for unit testing and Playwright/Cypress for end-to-end testing. • Experience with CI/CD, ESLint + Prettier, and Husky + lint-staged. • Knowledge of Axios or the Fetch API for REST and GraphQL API communication. • Practical experience with JWT authentication and refresh tokens, rate limiting, Helmet, CSP, and input sanitization. • Senior-level, proactive, and autonomous profile, with direct communication and a strong focus on driving deliverables forward. • Performance-, security-, and scalability-oriented mindset. • Preferred: Knowledge of Flutter. • Preferred: Knowledge of reusable componentization, custom hooks/composables, and Server Components (Next.js 14+). • Preferred: Previous experience working in educational institutions. • Preferred: Experience with headless CMS platforms (WordPress or similar).
