📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership for the squad responsible for adapting the legacy platform to Escritural Receivables and building an agentic engineering pipeline • Define and evolve the .NET microservices architecture, including bounded contexts, API contracts, versioning, consistency, idempotency, and asynchronous communication • Map the legacy platform, propose incremental modernization strategies, and protect the regulatory domain from unnecessary coupling • Design and maintain the CI/CD pipeline with linting, builds, tests, code coverage, static analysis, security checks, architecture validations, and merge policies • Build the agentic harness for discovery, refinement, specification, architecture, implementation, testing, review, documentation, changelog management, and post-merge activities • Define the contract for each agent in collaboration with the Product Owner, QA, and engineering teams • Ensure that specifications, ADRs, progress updates, decisions, checklists, and documentation are versioned and auditable artifacts • Operate models on Amazon Bedrock with IAM, guardrails, PII protection, retention policies, audit trails, and data residency requirements • Define observability using structured logs, metrics, distributed tracing, correlation, SLIs/SLOs, dashboards, and actionable alerts • Review pull requests, pair with developers and QA, guide the responsible use of agents, and turn recurring failures into permanent rules in the knowledge base • Serve as the technical liaison with Security, Infrastructure, Architecture, Legal, and Compliance teams at Banco BS2 • Support estimation, risk management, scope decisions, and communication of technical impacts • Lead the handover and ensure the architecture, pipeline, and methodology can be operated by the client

🎯 Requirements

• Deep experience with C#, .NET, and ASP.NET Core, including design, dependency injection, async/await, performance, resilience, and API versioning • Strong SQL skills, including data modeling, indexing, execution-plan analysis, and tuning • Proven experience with microservices in production, asynchronous integration, idempotency, retries, circuit breakers, dead-letter queues (DLQs), and reprocessing • Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS/SNS, or an equivalent technology • Sufficient experience with Angular to design components, consume APIs, understand state management, and review front-end code • Experience creating CI/CD pipelines and defining gates that block merges • Practical AWS experience, with experience or strong capability working with Amazon Bedrock, IAM, CloudTrail, and data controls • Real-world experience with AI agents in development workflows, including versioned instructions, tools, events, quality sensors, and correction loops • Experience with observability using OpenTelemetry, Datadog, Grafana, Application Insights, or an equivalent technology • Technical squad leadership, mentoring, code reviews, and communication with non-technical audiences • Nice to have: Terraform, AWS CDK, Docker, ECS, or EKS • Nice to have: DDD, CQRS, event sourcing, and event-driven architecture • Nice to have: LGPD, auditing, access segregation, and experience in banking, insurance, healthcare, or other regulated environments • Nice to have: Legacy modernization using the strangler pattern and anti-corruption layers • Nice to have: Experience with GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, Harness, or an equivalent platform
