📋 Description

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing day-to-day relationships and supporting growth initiatives. • Support the development and execution of account plans that outline growth opportunities, success factors, and recommendations. • Identify and pursue revenue opportunities within existing accounts, including upselling and cross-selling products and services. • Lead in client meetings and presentations to drive engagement, adoption, and account growth. • Analyze client data, business trends, and performance metrics to help uncover opportunities for optimization. • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Product, Implementation) to ensure clients receive consistent value from our solutions. • Participate in client onboarding and transitions, helping ensure smooth adoption and early success. • Monitor market and competitor activity relevant to assigned accounts. • Build strong working relationships with clients and serve as an internal advocate for their needs. • Gather and communicate client feedback to support product and service enhancements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience. • 1–3 years of experience in account management, customer success, sales, or a related field. • Exposure to revenue growth and account expansion activities preferred.
