🎯 Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro. • Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools (Seedance 2.0, Midjourney, Kling, etc.) for generating or enhancing video and visual content. • A standout portfolio that shows both taste and technical skill — we care more about your eye than your titles. • Curiosity for culture, design, and what makes people stop scrolling. • High potential, ambitious, analytical, sharp mind: You don’t wait for instructions, you make things happen. • Proactive, self-directed, fast, focused, and responsive; comfortable working at a startup-style pace • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
