• Serve as the primary communications partner to the Chief People Officer (CPO) and a trusted advisor to P&C leadership. • Develop and execute multi-channel communication plans. • Translate complex HR policies into clear messaging. • Partner with Internal Communications to align on organizational strategy messaging. • Lead change management communications. • Advise P&C leaders on communication and rollout strategies. • Develop presentations, employee messages, and board-level content. • Manage editorial calendars and content workflows. • Lead employee listening activities and analyze trends. • Coordinate global P&C staff meetings and leadership sessions. • Define success metrics and document communication playbooks.
• 8–10 years of experience in employee, HR, or internal communications. • Advanced knowledge of strategic employee communications, change communications, employee engagement, and stakeholder management. • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills. • Strong executive communications skills. • Proven ability to influence without direct authority. • Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative people-related data. • Strong project management skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365. • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Change Management, or related field. • Relevant professional certification in HR, communications, or change management.
