• Support and optimize core People Operations processes across the employee lifecycle. • Administer and support performance review cycles, goal setting, and feedback processes. • Partner with managers to ensure consistency, fairness, and effectiveness in performance evaluations. • Manage and maintain the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy, system integrity, and compliance. • Support recruitment activities, including job postings, interview coordination, candidate communication, and offer documentation. • Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a seamless new hire experience. • Manage offboarding processes, including documentation, exit interviews, and coordination with internal stakeholders. • Coordinate and manage internship programs, including recruitment, onboarding, mentoring, and program administration. • Promote the adoption and effective utilization of AI tools and automation across the organization.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field. • 5+ years of experience in People Operations, Human Resources, or a similar role. • Experience administering HRIS platforms and supporting HR operational processes. • Experience supporting performance management programs and employee lifecycle processes. • Strong organizational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across departments. • Experience using AI-powered productivity and automation tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or similar) to improve operational efficiency and business processes. • Strong interest in AI and emerging technologies, with the ability to champion AI adoption and support organizational transformation initiatives.
