📋 Description

• Develop, design and maintain scalable and high-performing software for the AI-driven Corporate Governance platform • Collaborate with engineers and product managers to define, prioritize, and implement key features • Drive the full software development lifecycle from planning and design to implementation and testing • Integrate machine learning models and other AI tools to optimize governance workflows and add innovative functionalities • Ensure platform quality and reliability through software development best practices, code reviews, and testing • Develop and enforce security best practices across the application, cloud environment, and infrastructure • Ensure the platform meets compliance requirements relevant to the LegalTech sector

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in software development • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field • Residency in Germany • Proven experience developing scalable and reliable software using modern technologies and architecture • Proficiency with React and TypeScript for the frontend • Proficiency with Node.js, Nest.js, and PostgreSQL for the backend • Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure • Familiarity with DevOps principles • Experience with automation tools such as GitHub Actions • Experience working in an agile environment • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Passion for innovation and meaningful impact in the legal technology sector • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment • Experience in a startup or similar fast-paced environment • Strong team-oriented mindset and willingness to participate in team events and engage with team members
