📋 Description

• You primarily visit trade partners and larger end users, building and strengthening new and existing relationships • You follow a structured sales process, including lead follow-up • You identify and pursue new business opportunities through new customer acquisition and networking • You provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to inquiries • You demonstrate and communicate in-depth expertise in Fieldpiece products and solutions • You use a CRM system to track your sales opportunities • You monitor competitor activity and industry trends to inform the company’s future strategic direction • You participate in business and industry events • You contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and the customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in the plumbing, heating and air conditioning (HVAC) industry, the tools sector, or the construction trade • At least 5 years of sales experience in a B2B environment • Consistent track record of meeting sales targets • Strong skills in relationship building, negotiation, and communication • High self-motivation and personal accountability for business goals • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines • Good presentation skills at all customer levels • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems • Strong intercultural sensitivity • High willingness to provide on-site customer support and field visits • A team player • Technical aptitude • Honest and transparent • Organised and structured • Good communication skills in German and English
