📋 Description

• Lead and scale global People Operations across Europe, North America, and APJ • Lead and develop regional People and Payroll teams • Build a technology-, automation-, and AI-first People operating model • Design and deploy agentic AI across People workflows • Own and improve the People technology ecosystem, including HRIS, integrations, workflows, data architecture, and AI-enabled tools • Own global Total Rewards operations, including compensation cycles, benchmarking, benefits, equity administration, and vendor management • Own global payroll operations and multi-country execution • Oversee global employment compliance and mobility, including immigration, EORs, and entity-related People requirements • Support managers with performance, employee relations, workforce matters, and organizational change • Use People data and AI-enabled insights to identify organizational trends, risks, and opportunities • Support organizational design and workforce planning • Remain hands-on in team leadership, systems and agent design, process improvement, and operational problem-solving • Partner with the Chief People Officer, People teams, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Employee Experience, Finance, Legal, IT, and external advisors

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive HR / People experience • Meaningful leadership experience across People Operations and Total Rewards • Experience scaling a global B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology company from approximately 300 to 1,000+ employees • Experience operating across Europe, North America, and APJ, including multiple entities and EOR populations • Significant experience owning or overseeing global People Operations, payroll, Total Rewards, HRIS, Employee Relations, Compliance, and Mobility • Experience building People infrastructure for scale • Strong understanding of European employment environments, including France or similarly complex jurisdictions • Experience supporting managers and leaders on employee relations, performance, and organizational change • Experience using automation and AI to redesign work, reduce manual effort, and increase People team capacity • Experience identifying, designing, or deploying AI agents and agentic workflows • Strong systems and data mindset connecting HRIS, automation, People analytics, and AI • Commercial and analytical mindset • Player-coach mentality • Experience in a fast-growing, global, remote-first environment • Fluent in English and French • Another European language is a plus
