📋 Description

• Responsible for leading all Retail Processing operations • Oversees end-to-end processing performance and drives operational strategy • Develops and executes operational strategies aligned with company growth goals • Identifies opportunities to improve cost, speed, quality, and borrower experience • Leads large-scale process improvement initiatives • Partners with IT and Product teams to prioritize and implement system enhancements • Utilizes data and analytics to identify trends, risks, and performance gaps • Builds a high-performing, accountable, and scalable organization

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 12 years of related progressive experience in mortgage operations, with minimum 7 years in leadership roles • Experience leading large-scale loan processing operations • Proven ability to set strategic vision and translate business goals into executable operating plans • Strong cross-functional leadership experience partnering with underwriting, closing, funding, secondary marketing, and servicing • Deep knowledge of federal, state, and investor regulatory requirements • Demonstrated success establishing and enforcing service-level agreements (SLAs) • Advanced experience in operational reporting and analytics • Ability to identify operational inefficiencies • Strong people leadership experience
