📋 Description

• Further develop Finanzguru’s established financial advisory service • Translate complex technical terminology into clear, easy-to-understand language • Provide holistic advice to existing and new customers on property and casualty insurance based on their banking data • Continuously optimize data-driven needs analysis • Connect banking and property and casualty insurance • Strengthen Finanzguru as a trusted financial partner for more than 3 million users through sustainable advice • Collaborate with specialized property and casualty insurance teams and the team lead • Contribute at the intersection of industry expertise and product development

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed vocational training as an insurance specialist or insurance professional (BWV/IHK) • At least 2 years of experience in holistic customer consulting • Excellent expertise in property and casualty insurance • Willingness to contribute to the digital transformation of the insurance industry • Very good understanding of digital processes and strong affinity for digital tools • Enthusiasm for working at the intersection of industry expertise and product development • Very good German language skills (at least C1) • Ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with customers remotely
