📋 Description

• Independently manage multiple SEO projects in parallel • Keep track of goals, timelines, priorities, and next steps • Take on professional and organizational responsibility for client projects • Serve as the central point of contact to ensure clear and reliable communication • Develop tailored SEO strategies, particularly for e-commerce clients • Conduct market, competitor, and website analyses and derive specific actions from the findings • Independently implement SEO measures, including technical optimization, on-page improvements, and content briefs • Plan, manage, and monitor SEO campaigns • Develop GEO strategies and approaches to improve visibility in AI-powered search environments such as ChatGPT • Prepare reports, status updates, and results presentations • Explain developments and next steps clearly and provide strong strategic guidance • Combine SEO expertise with project management, client communication, and a hands-on approach to implementation

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in SEO, ideally at an agency or in an environment involving multiple parallel projects • Experience managing multiple clients, topics, and priorities simultaneously • Experience in on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and content marketing • Good understanding of e-commerce, websites, content structures, and the fundamentals of technical SEO • Experience in client communication • Ability to structure projects, prioritize tasks, and drive them forward independently • Demonstrable relevant reference websites and the ability to explain specific measures taken to improve visibility • Practical experience with GEO is desirable; understanding of the importance of AI-powered search environments such as ChatGPT and willingness to develop in-depth expertise in this area • Fluent German, both written and spoken, at a professional negotiating level • Reliable, organized, and solution-oriented working style
