📋 Description
• Be a strategic and consultative partner to Hiring Managers • Build strong relationships with Hiring Managers • Ensure overall sourcing strategies and plans are developed and executed in a timely fashion • Source candidates through various social media channels • Plan interview and selection procedures • Distribute online assessments • Host or participate in career events • Develop long-term recruiting strategies • Nurture trusting relationships with potential hires • Communicate recruiting progress to management
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree • 3+ years of sourcing/recruiting experience • Proven success in an agency, search firm environment and/or full life cycle recruiting role • Minimum two (2) years of recruiting experience on social media platforms • Demonstrated track record of understanding clients' functional/technical hiring needs • Experience in a high pressure, urgent recruiting environment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong time management skills - organizational, follow-up and attention to detail • Experience with applicant tracking systems.
