📋 Description

• In Fraud Management you are responsible for the security of the core of our business: our active fleet. • Your thorough checks of new customers prevent fraud before it occurs. • In cases of payment arrears you are in direct contact with customers and, together with the team, determine the next steps. • You independently organize vehicle recoveries, work closely with authorities and our partners on critical cases, and tackle new challenges every day. • As part of the Fleet Management team you directly contribute to FINN’s success by ensuring the safety of our active fleet and preventing financial losses.

🎯 Requirements

• Investigative, solution-oriented approach to complex challenges and the ability to remain calm and professional even in difficult or unpredictable situations. • Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail to maintain oversight even when handling multiple critical cases in parallel. • Excellent/fluent German (C1/C2) and good English skills for reliable communication with customers, authorities and the international team. • Enjoy working in active communication and cooperation with customers, partners and authorities. • Some prior experience in fraud detection, risk management or demanding customer support. • High time flexibility and willingness to operationally support the team at unusual times or outside standard office hours when required.
