• As a Key Account Manager, after our Sales team has concluded a JobAuto master agreement, you will be the driving force encouraging employees of our JobAuto clients to book a FINN JobAuto. • You will act as the primary contact for your JobAuto client portfolio and will plan and implement the rollout of JobAuto within client organizations together with the clients, as well as continuously drive employee activation. • In this role you will have a major impact on the success and growth of JobAuto.
• You have successfully completed your (bachelor's) degree or vocational training. • You have 1+ years of experience in Sales, Customer Success, or Key Account Management. Experience in early-stage companies is a plus. • You are an excellent communicator and enjoy close collaboration with customers. You strive to deeply understand customer needs and find solutions. • You work analytically and data-driven, are structured, and challenge existing processes. • Your entrepreneurial mindset makes you a trusted advisor who develops solutions together with prospective customers. You also enjoy taking on new responsibilities to help advance JobAuto. • You are a native-level German speaker and fluent in English.
