📋 Description
• Process and validate outsourced payroll for India • Provide cover for processing and validating outsourced payroll for APAC countries • Interact with internal and external stakeholders • Deliver on-time, accurate payrolls • Respond to customer and employee queries regarding salary deductions and compensation changes • Work with outsourced providers to meet payroll timetable deadlines • Perform computations and clerical duties to prepare payroll information for computer input • Adjust computer output and process exception items requiring special handling • Operate management-defined controls and checking processes • Prepare, maintain, and compile payroll records • Manage payroll vendor cut-offs and run deadlines • Act as a payroll policy advisor to department managers and staff
🎯 Requirements
• Experience preparing payroll information for computer input and computer output • Experience processing exception items or items requiring special handling • Experience with high volume payroll • Experience handling India tax year end, statutory filings, and payments • Experience responding to employee inquiries regarding salary deductions and compensation changes • Great attention to detail • Ability to prepare, maintain, and compile payroll records
