📋 Description

• Establish, manage, and refine forecast cadence, pipeline analytics, and performance tracking for assigned business units • Lead operational and financial business transformation projects from ideation through final execution • Build custom dashboards, models, and reports across Salesforce, Google Sheets, and analytics platforms • Partner with Sales Leadership, Regional Operations, Finance, and commercial stakeholders to streamline processes, mitigate pipeline risks, and improve time to deal closure • Analyze business performance data and evaluate ecosystem efficiency • Drive cross-functional accountability for operational deliverables • Support the operational, analytical, and reporting foundation for the Tier 3 commercial business

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Financial Analysis, or Business Program Management • Experience within the cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise software industry • Hands-on ability to build processes where none exist, navigate data independently, and solve complex problems • Strong financial reporting and quantitative skills • Accounting, financial analysis, or business administration background highly valued • Hands-on mastery of Salesforce internals • Proficiency with reporting tools, advanced Google Sheets, and sales performance management platforms • Outstanding stakeholder management skills • Proven ability to influence cross-functional peers across international regions
