📋 Description

• This is a Remote Position. • Firefighters First Federal Credit Union has proudly been serving the firefighter community since 1935. • Join a team that values its employees, invests in professional growth, and makes an impact in the firefighter community. • Responsible for shaping and executing a progressive team strategy. • Oversees all HR functions, including strategic workforce planning, recruitment, and talent development. • Ensures the credit union attracts, retains, and develops top talent. • Driving data-informed HR planning and decision-making. • Leading HR technology strategy and digital transformation initiatives. • Regularly meeting with each team member to coach and mentor. • Providing development opportunities for team members. • Leading change by identifying opportunities that improve service levels.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred. • Certification: SHRM-SCP or SPHR. • Minimum 8 years of experience at a financial institution. • Minimum 8 years of experience managing employees. • Minimum 8 years of experience managing HR functions and labor laws for California employees. • Minimum 5 years of experience managing learning and development/talent development functions. • Minimum 3 years of experience overseeing payroll. • Previous multi-state experience required.
