β’ Drive sales growth and achieve assigned sales objectives within the Texas territory. β’ Develop and execute a territory sales plan to increase market share and brand presence. β’ Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, agencies, and end users. β’ Support dealer partners with product knowledge, merchandising, sales tools, and customer opportunities. β’ Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training for dealers and end users. β’ Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads within the assigned territory. β’ Attend trade shows, agency visits, and industry events as needed. β’ Maintain regular communication with internal teams regarding customer needs, market trends, and sales opportunities. β’ Provide timely reporting on territory activity, pipeline, and sales progress. β’ Other duties as assigned
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will also be considered. β’ Minimum of 5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in public safety, tactical apparel, uniforms, equipment, or a related industry. β’ Experience working with dealers, distributors, agencies, government/public safety customers, or end users preferred. β’ Ability to develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed assigned sales objectives. β’ Strong relationship-building, communication, and interpersonal skills. β’ Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset. β’ Strong presentation, product demonstration, and training skills. β’ Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools preferred. β’ Ability to work independently and manage a large territory. β’ Self-motivated, organized, and goal driven. β’ Comfortable with frequent travel throughout Texas as required.
