• Develop and retain a quality client base through new business acquisition and existing customer maintenance. • Builds client relationships and secures new orders. • Compiles lists of prospective customers as sales leads. • Assesses client needs and implements plans to meet those needs. • Collaborates with internal marketing teams to support sales strategy. • Communicates proactively with clients.
• High School Diploma or equivalent. • 2-5 years of successful residential Title/Real estate industry experience. • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals. • Requires a valid driver’s license. • Strong interpersonal communication skills. • Ability to persuade and influence others. • Strong negotiation skills.
