📋 Description

• Lead deliveries and development for FIS' payment-as-a-service managed services platform covering payment products hosted on a multi-tenant platform • Deliver enhancements while maintaining annual product updates and scheme compliance • Lead offshore and local teams and provide rostered production support with offshore developers and product teams • Ensure customer service levels are met • Manage end-to-end project delivery, including requirements refinement, estimates, design, build, testing support, and implementation • Coordinate with stakeholders and external product development teams to ensure quality deliverables and timelines • Participate in project enhancement work and ensure seamless transition to the run space • Drive analysis and design of technical solutions aligned with business and IT strategies and FIS architectural standards

🎯 Requirements

• Payment domain and card schemes knowledge and experience • Experience with product-based deliveries and maintenance • 10+ years of experience in a similar role • Australian working rights • Strong people leadership, project delivery, and technical solution design skills • Strong C++ experience • Experience with Unix/Linux, Oracle, SQL, Perl scripting, Shell scripting, and Java for UI development • Mainframe experience is highly desirable or willingness to learn • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience with FIS' DataNavigator, IST MAS, and Clearing product suites is highly desirable • Experience working with payment switches is an added bonus
