📋 Description

• Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, priorities, and success metrics aligned to business objectives. • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of complex, cross-functional programs spanning multiple Agile teams. • Own and prioritize product backlogs using customer insights, business value, technical feasibility, and strategic goals. • Translate business requirements into clear epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria. • Partner with engineering, architecture, operations, risk, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions. • Manage dependencies, risks, issues, and delivery milestones across multiple workstreams and teams. • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance team effectiveness. • Use data, analytics, and customer feedback to evaluate product performance and guide investment decisions. • Drive stakeholder alignment through clear communication, executive reporting, and roadmap transparency. • Ensure solutions meet operational, security, compliance, and quality requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience leading Agile product delivery and large-scale technical programs in complex environments. • Strong expertise in Agile frameworks, product ownership, backlog management, and iterative delivery practices. • Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and influence decisions across business and technology teams. • Experience translating strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps, requirements, and delivery plans. • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, systems integration, and platform-based product delivery. • Skilled in risk management, dependency management, release planning, and program governance. • Experience using Agile delivery and work management tools to drive execution and transparency. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent skills-based experience in business, technology, engineering, or a related field.
