📋 Description

• Lead the growth agenda for digital credit, focusing on acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue expansion • Develop strategies to evolve origination channels and optimize the customer’s digital journey • Analyze funnel metrics, commercial performance, customer behavior, and the efficiency of growth levers • Identify bottlenecks and prioritize improvement opportunities based on data, testing, and business impact • Conduct experiments and initiatives to increase conversion, reduce friction, and scale sustainably • Collaborate with product, legal, UX, technology, and business teams to enable critical deliveries • Prepare executive recommendations, monitor results, and align priorities with Fiserv Capital’s strategy • Support the development of a disciplined, measurable growth model tailored to the financial segment

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, Statistics, or related fields • Experience in growth, digital channels, funnel performance, and development of growth strategies at financial companies or fintechs • Strong analytical skills to track metrics such as conversion, retention, CAC, revenue per customer, journey drop-off, and origination performance • Experience working cross-functionally with product, UX, technology, legal, and business partners • Advanced English • Knowledge of digital credit, credit underwriting, credit portfolios, or financing journeys (Preferred) • Experience with A/B testing, structured experimentation, and continuous optimization of digital channels (Preferred) • Familiarity with CRM, automation, analytics, and journey monitoring tools (Preferred) • Experience in high-growth companies, digital banks, fintechs, or large financial platforms (Preferred)
