📋 Description

• Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, priorities, and success metrics aligned to business objectives • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of complex, cross-functional programs spanning multiple Agile teams • Own and prioritize product backlogs using customer insights, business value, technical feasibility, and strategic goals • Translate business requirements into clear epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria • Partner with engineering, architecture, operations, risk, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions • Manage dependencies, risks, issues, and delivery milestones across multiple workstreams and teams • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance team effectiveness • Use data, analytics, and customer feedback to evaluate product performance and guide investment decisions • Drive stakeholder alignment through clear communication, executive reporting, and roadmap transparency • Ensure solutions meet operational, security, compliance, and quality requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience leading Agile product delivery and large-scale technical programs in complex environments • Strong expertise in Agile frameworks, product ownership, backlog management, and iterative delivery practices • Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and influence decisions across business and technology teams • Experience translating strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps, requirements, and delivery plans • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, systems integration, and platform-based product delivery • Skilled in risk management, dependency management, release planning, and program governance • Experience using Agile delivery and work management tools to drive execution and transparency • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent skills-based experience in business, technology, engineering, or a related field
