📋 Description

• Identify, prospect, and close new partnerships with strategic channels aligned with Flash’s Ideal Partner Profile (IPP) • Deliver sales training and ongoing enablement for partner teams • Assess channel customer bases to identify benefits gaps • Develop cross-sell strategies, campaigns, and lead-generation initiatives • Lead sales meetings for opportunities generated by channel partners • Conduct consultative sales, prepare proposals, negotiate, and close new contracts • Keep the CRM up to date, including the sales pipeline, forecast, and TPV/lives metrics • Bring market feedback to support the improvement of the team’s processes

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in Channel Partnerships and B2B Sales, ideally in the employee benefits segment • Experience working across the full sales cycle: prospecting/Hunter, account management/Farmer, and direct sales/Closing • Strong command of complex, consultative sales methodologies, such as SPIN Selling, BANT, GPCT, and Challenger • Practical proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms • Experience using productivity and AI tools in the sales process • Experience managing channel performance indicators • Availability for domestic travel, averaging one week per month, for strategic in-person meetings with channel partners and events • Affirmative action position for people with disabilities (PwD)
