📋 Description

• Open positions for apprentices and interns, and subsequently contact the company to follow up on the position • Issue and prepare internship contracts, amendments, and apprenticeship kits • Issue and upload Internship Commitment Terms and/or Addenda to the IE’s own platform, and provide guidance on deadlines • Open tickets, both internally and externally, to address requests from internal and external clients • Process the termination of interns and apprentices in Kairós via ticket, email, or telephone • Process the hiring of interns or apprentices with disabilities, and open a ticket for the Inclui team • Correct documentation rejected by educational institutions, companies, and young applicants, and submit it for electronic signature of the Internship Commitment Term or Addendum, in accordance with the applicable requirements • Register the student’s bank account and other required information • Assist with opening the FAE through Kairós • Provide information about public selection processes, including guidance on applications and available opportunities, with detailed support regarding the stages and requirements • Contact students, companies, and educational institutions to confirm information • Work at CIEE, a nonprofit philanthropic organization that promotes apprenticeships, internships, and the inclusion of young people in the workforce

• High school diploma • Computer literacy • Experience providing service to customers, students, and/or partner companies • Strong verbal communication skills • Courtesy and professionalism • Dynamic and proactive approach • Telephone customer service techniques • Quick thinking • Position exclusively for people with disabilities (PwD)
