âą Map and actively prospect strategic Enterprise accounts (companies with 1,000 to 3,000 employees). âą Plan and execute customized ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies for key accounts. âą Execute daily multichannel outbound cadences using phone (cold calls), email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp. âą Attend in-person events and HR ecosystem trade shows, building relationships to generate networking and open doors at large companies. âą Ensure the generation of high-value SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads), focusing on booking meetings with the ideal business fit and genuine customer interest in evaluating the solution. âą Actively participate in the initial qualification meeting with potential clients. âą Perform a structured, data-backed handoff to the Account Executives (AEs).
âą Minimum of 2 years of solid experience as a BDR or SDR in a B2B environment. âą Prior experience in the Enterprise segment, navigating the complexity of prospecting within large corporations. âą Strong command of outbound marketing techniques and objection-handling strategies over the phone and digital channels. âą Familiarity with pre-sales metrics and a clear understanding of strict lead qualification criteria.
