📋 Description

• Manage a full pipeline at an early-stage, high-growth startup and generate net-new revenue • Evangelize the Flex brand to mid-market founders, co-founders, C-Suite Executives, Controllers, and VPs of Finance • Sell and cross-sell Flex’s suite of financial products (cards and banking) • Build robust customer relationships and manage accounts for inbound and outbound sales • Own the sales cycle: prospecting, product demos, onboarding, and closing deals • Develop and execute strategic plans to close more companies and grow revenue • Transparently communicate pipeline, forecasts, key successes, and challenges to the team • Influence product roadmap by providing customer feedback to product and design teams

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of previous senior B2B sales experience • Consistently a top 10% performer • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding quotas • Experience advising mid-market founders, C-Suite Executives, Controllers, and VPs of Finance • Ability to manage full sales cycle: prospecting, product demos, onboarding, and close • Strategic planning and experimentation to increase deal close rates • Strong communication of pipeline, forecasts, successes, and challenges • Nice to have: Experience at a high-growth startup
