📋 Description

• Analyze customer requirements and translate them into specification documents • Integrate Flexera’s cloud or on-premises solutions with customer systems from kick-off to close-out • Help customers convert on-premises Flexera solutions to Flexera’s SaaS offering • Design and create integrations between Flexera solutions and customers’ third-party systems • Create high-quality documentation • Deliver project-specific solution enablement and standard product training • Scope projects and help prepare service descriptions and effort estimations • Introduce innovation and new ideas to existing processes to improve standards and quality • Build trust and confidence with customer stakeholders and advise them to drive usage, adoption, and loyalty

🎯 Requirements

• Effective communication with technical stakeholders • Engaging presentation style • Consultative thinking and creative problem-solving approach • Self-starter attitude with ability to troubleshoot and conduct independent research • 8+ years’ experience as a consultant in the IT industry • Ability to contribute to multiple concurrent projects • Fundamental understanding of cloud computing and public cloud providers such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform • Familiarity with advanced data and application architectures • Solid understanding of networking concepts and IT security • Experience with ETL processes via APIs, flat files, or databases • Profound knowledge and experience with REST and SOAP • Ability to read, write, and modify Transact-SQL • Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Bash • Basic knowledge of software deployment, discovery, and inventory solutions, including Microsoft SCCM, Microsoft Intune, HPE Universal Discovery, and BMC Helix Discovery • Expertise in Microsoft technologies, including SQL Server, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Internet Information Services • Experience with Flexera solutions or other IT and Software Asset Management tools preferred • Experience with Cloud Management Platforms preferred • Ability to build reports and dashboards using business intelligence software preferred • Industry-recognized courses and certifications such as ITIL, PRINCE2, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, and FinOps Certified Practitioner desired • Understanding of virtualization technologies such as VMware, XenApp, XenDesktop, and App-V desired • Understanding of containers and container orchestration such as Kubernetes, Docker, and OpenShift desired
