• As a Field Sales Representative, you will take ownership of your own sales territory, acquire new customers for our digital SaaS and marketing solutions, and develop a growing customer portfolio within mid-sized companies. • You identify, prospect, and win new B2B customers at decision-maker level. • Advise existing customers and expand revenue potential. • Full ownership of your sales cycle — from initial outreach and closing to building long-term customer relationships. • Active market development via telephone, in-person visits, and generating additional revenue through upsells and repeat sales. • Collaborate with Pre-Sales to deliver tailored product presentations to customers.
• You have relevant experience selling to SMEs in the B2B sector. • Proven track record in new business acquisition and strong closing skills in active field sales. • Sales competence in a digital environment — preferably SaaS, software, or digital technologies. • You work smart, structured, and are KPI-oriented. • You proactively engage with people, inspire and persuade, and negotiate skillfully. • You are goal-oriented, loyal, persistent, and driven to generate revenue.
