📋 Description

• Monitor county websites for pre-foreclosure filings and tax-delinquent properties • Pull and filter property lists in PropStream based on target criteria • Skip trace owners to find current phone numbers and contact details • Add new properties and owners to the database with complete and accurate records • Enter and update contacts, properties and deals in HubSpot • Organize contacts into lists and enroll them in email and call sequences • Keep call lists clean and honor Do Not Call requests • Track the status of every lead • Prepare purchase and sale contracts from approved templates and track e-signatures • Keep signed documents filed and deal records up to date • Schedule seller appointments, property walkthroughs and buyer showings • Manage the owner’s calendar • Post properties for sale in local Facebook groups and other social channels • Route serious buyers into HubSpot

🎯 Requirements

• Professional English (C1) • Experience with HubSpot strongly preferred • Strong attention to detail, able to catch a wrong digit or a missing field • Organized and self-directed, able to run a daily routine without reminders • Comfortable learning new software quickly • Clear, professional writing for emails, posts and messages • Reliable and trustworthy with sensitive personal and financial information • Nice to have: experience with another CRM, real estate, title, lending or property management background, familiarity with PropStream, skip tracing or county record searches, and understanding of Do Not Call and telemarketing rules
