📋 Description

• Develop outreach strategies for new customer acquisition and existing client retention. • Plan, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns in Mailchimp. • Perform audience segmentation, A/B testing, campaign reporting, and ongoing performance improvements. • Manage the company’s Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn presence through content planning, scheduling, community engagement, and performance analysis. • Create and adapt marketing copy aligned with the company’s brand voice. • Analyze campaign performance and recommend optimizations based on engagement and conversion data. • Coordinate marketing initiatives with sales and partnership activities, including seasonal campaigns, regional opportunities, and renewal cycles. • Report on email performance, social media engagement, audience growth, and campaign impact.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience developing outreach strategies from existing product, feature, or brand messaging • Proven experience managing customer acquisition and client retention campaigns • Hands-on experience with Mailchimp, including campaign creation, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and performance reporting • Experience managing business accounts on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn • Strong written English • Ability to work within established brand voice and messaging guidelines • Ability to independently develop, prioritize, and execute marketing initiatives with minimal supervision • Experience with Canva or similar design tools is a plus • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is a plus • Advanced English (C1+)
