📋 Description

• Promote a customer-centered culture that strives to exceed customer needs, requirements, and expectations • Develop and manage customer relationship with buyers and key decision makers; contribute to customer strategy ensuring local Flowers business objectives are achieved • Partner with BUs and Marketing to understand trends and consumer preferences and deploy account strategy to maximize potential • Develop a Customer Sales Plan that delivers Flowers sales and margin objectives within the Trade Promotion Management funding structure • Partner with Regional VPs from DSD sales and Market VPs to ensure alignment and plan for excellent execution by Flowers distributor partners • Achieve/exceed all established key sales measures and targets • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures (EEO, Sexual Harassment, Sarbanes – Oxley, Safety, etc.)

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 8-10 years’ experience working in CPG sales • Proven success in leading a sales organization • Ability to travel up to 30% of the time; overnight travel as needed • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent management experience required
