• Provide sound FMC product recommendations to customers • Manage customer accounts and develop new prospects to sell FMC products • Focus on sales targets, business development, and building customer relationships • Prepare sales presentations, call plans, proposals, and reports • Mentor and lead sales representatives in neighboring territories
• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Agriculture or related Life Science • 10+ years sales experience • Experience making data-driven decisions leveraging CRM systems • Core principals in value selling and agronomics • Strong financial and business acumen • Demonstrated ability to make decisions under minimum supervision • Strong negotiation skills
