📋 Description

• Co-facilitate leadership development programs across FMI's Custom Cohort Programs alongside Senior Facilitators. • Deliver engaging learning experiences by facilitating discussions, activities, and portions of program content that encourage participant reflection and practical application. • Foster inclusive, psychologically safe learning environments that promote engagement, collaboration, and growth. • Build strong relationships with participants while contributing to an exceptional client experience through professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail. • Partner closely with Senior Facilitators, the Custom Cohorts Operations Manager, and internal teams to prepare for and deliver successful client engagements. • Adapt your facilitation approach based on participant needs, group dynamics, and client objectives. • Participate in preparation meetings, delivery debriefs, and ongoing facilitator development to continuously strengthen your facilitation, communication, and group management skills. • Expand your knowledge of leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and the construction industry through ongoing client engagement and professional development.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, organizational development, psychology, education, communications, or a related field preferred. • 2–5 years of experience in facilitation, training, leadership development, coaching, teaching, consulting, or a related field. • Experience leading groups, presenting, facilitating discussions, or delivering learning experiences. • Passion for leadership development, adult learning, and helping others grow. • Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills. • Demonstrated adaptability, curiosity, and openness to coaching and feedback. • Ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments while managing multiple priorities. • Professional presence with the ability to build rapport across a variety of audiences. • Willingness to travel extensively throughout the United States (50–70%).
