📋 Description

• Conduct elicitation and detailed functional specification for critical modules • Structure business rules for tax, accounting, and billing processes • Facilitate workshops with key users and business stakeholders • Model processes and flows using BPMN • Specify rules, exceptions, states, and functional behaviors • Create and evolve the program's standard for functional specifications • Develop objective, testable acceptance criteria • Identify ambiguities, gaps, and decisions that are not yet formalized • Review specifications produced with support from AI agents • Support and mentor less senior analysts

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in business analysis • Proven experience with ERP and business management systems • Structured requirements elicitation and gathering • Facilitating workshops with users and stakeholders • Functional specification of complex processes • BPMN • Process modeling • Business rules modeling • State machine specification • Definition of exceptions and functional behaviors • Writing detailed, structured specifications • Defining rules, exceptions, and acceptance criteria • Explicit documentation of questions and open issues • Ability to translate business rules into testable requirements • Critical review of large volumes of functional documentation • Bachelor's degree • Technologist degree (Tecnólogo)
