📋 Description

• Develop test plans and test scenarios based on requirements and acceptance criteria • Ensure traceability between requirements, tests and results • Execute functional, exploratory and regression testing • Identify unanticipated scenarios and unexpected behaviors • Classify defects by severity and impact • Log defects with clear, reproducible evidence • Prepare test data and scripts for UAT/approval • Conduct UAT with client users • Record evidence and acceptance of approved functionalities • Collaborate with Product, Development and business areas • Support decisions to release or hold back deliveries based on quality criteria • Validate enterprise software solutions with a strong focus on AI

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in enterprise software QA • Creation of test plans and test cases • Functional, exploratory and regression testing • Building tests from acceptance criteria • Traceability between requirements and test scenarios • Consistent use of Artificial Intelligence • Identification and documentation of defects • Classification by severity and impact • Recording reproducible evidence • Validation of fixes and retesting • Experience with UAT • Test data preparation • Preparation of UAT/approval scripts • Interaction with client users and stakeholders • Formal recording of results and acceptance • Preferred: experience with end-to-end test automation • Preferred: experience in highly complex enterprise projects • Preferred: experience conducting assisted UAT with clients • Bachelor's degree or Technologist (as specified in the structured job data)
