📋 Description

• Develop test plans and test scenarios based on requirements and acceptance criteria • Ensure traceability between requirements, tests, and results • Execute functional, exploratory, and regression testing • Identify unforeseen scenarios and unexpected behaviors • Classify defects according to severity and impact • Report defects with clear, reproducible evidence • Prepare test data and scripts for user acceptance testing • Conduct UAT with client users • Document evidence and acceptance of validated functionality • Collaborate with Product, Development, and business teams • Support decisions to release or hold deliverables based on quality criteria

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in enterprise software QA • Test plan and test case development • Functional, exploratory, and regression testing • Designing tests based on acceptance criteria • Requirements and test scenario traceability • Consistent use of Artificial Intelligence • Defect identification and documentation • Classification by severity and impact • Reproducible evidence capture • Fix validation and retesting • Experience with UAT • Test data preparation • Development of user acceptance testing scripts • Interaction with client users and stakeholders • Formal documentation of results and acceptance • Experience with end-to-end test automation • Experience working on highly complex enterprise projects • Experience with assisted user acceptance testing alongside clients • Bachelor’s degree or associate degree in a relevant technology field
