📋 Description

• Independently manage a portfolio of customers and support customer projects. • Onboard new customers and build trusted customer relationships. • Professionally respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and video call about our product. • Work closely with colleagues from Marketing and Sales. • Identify optimization opportunities through regular analysis of customer requirements and usage. • Maintain regular communication with customers to strengthen long-term customer retention. • Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive communication and solution-oriented support.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed commercial training, a degree, or equivalent qualifications. • Strong communication skills and a good command of language. • Excellent German and French skills (both at least C1 level), spoken and written; ideally already used in a business context. • Service-oriented, confident in presentations, and professional in demeanor. • A true team player who is willing to roll up their sleeves. • Motivated to make an impact and work in a goal- and result-oriented, responsible manner. • High level of initiative, resilience, and flexibility. • Open-minded, empathetic, and quick to learn. • Confident user of MS Office and experienced with CRM and ticketing systems.
