📋 Description

• As a Founders Associate, you will work directly alongside the executive team to ensure our internal operations are as efficient as the product we deliver to customers: you will drive AI adoption and process automation across all teams. • You identify manual, recurring processes in Sales, Customer Success, Operations, and Backoffice and turn them into lean, automated workflows. • You design and implement AI-powered solutions (e.g., with Claude or comparable tools) and make them usable for teams in day-to-day operations. • You work closely with management on strategic projects — from analysis and concept to independent implementation. • You document processes thoroughly, train colleagues on new tools, and establish best practices for AI usage across the company. • You measure the impact of your automations, derive optimizations, and prioritize the next levers based on impact. • You take on additional cross-functional projects as agreed, arising from the company’s development.

🎯 Requirements

• You have a completed degree (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Natural Sciences) or a comparable background. • You have practical experience with AI applications and already use them to make your daily work more productive. • You have an affinity for automation and tools (e.g., n8n, Zapier/Make, APIs) or the clear motivation to learn them quickly — deep programming skills are not required. • You think analytically, work in a structured and independent manner, and bring projects to completion with high accountability. • You are a true generalist, comfortably switching between topics and readily taking practical initiative. • You have very good German (at least C1) and good English skills (at least B2), both written and spoken.
